Beneath the Remains
You might have noticed that this blog has not been updated for quite a while. I’m very sorry about that.
The primary reason for the lack of updates is that I managed to get my leg broke on August 1st during a Sepultura concert at Wacken Open Air Festival. Afterwards I spent a lot of time in different hospitals and had only little time and leisure to maintain or extend mnmlWP.
Well, I guess that’s what happens when 40 year old “festival virgins” like me try to feel young again. If you are curious about the whole story you can read more about it on Mel’s Blog.
Fortunately, I am feeling much better again. The leg has not fully recovered yet, but I can walk, drive a car, and ride my bike (thank God). Now I have to do physiotherapy and exercise quite a lot in order to improve the mobility of foot and leg and build up the musculature that has pretty much vanished over the past weeks and months.
As things are slowly improving I took the opportunity to provide an update. Hooray!
Besides improved readability through an increased font weight of several elements there are now two new options available in the customizer. The first option lets you enable/disable the sidebar for all new posts and pages by default. The second option allows you to show/hide the page title of new posts by default.
That’s all for today. I hope you’re all healthy, happy and enjoying a great, golden autumn!
